Eleni has a Master’s degree in Fine Arts from Central Saint Martins, London, and has participated in various residencies, including the Kantor Foundation in Krakow and the NEON Organization for Culture and Development in Athens. Her works explore affective and political narratives, blending humor and social critique with themes of personal relationships. She has held solo exhibitions such as “A book, a film, and a soundtrack” and “Crack, Crack, Pop, Pop…oh what a relief it is!” at Radio Athènes (Athens), “Economy Class” at the Signal Center for Contemporary Art (Malmö), and “Now you see me, oh now you don’t” at NEW STUDIO (London). She currently lives and works in Greece.
Studied at the Arts Faculty of Universidad Autónoma of Santo Domingo, with complementary studies in the Altos de Chavón School of Design. In his residency project, Engel aims to research formal and sociopolitical aspects of Brazilian modern architecture. Recently, Engel held the solo shows “Ansapit”, in Formato Cómodo (Madrid), “Repúblicas Bananeras Unidas”, in Junta (Panama), “Plátano Power Bottom”, in White Cubicle Toilet Gallery (London), and the group shows “Habitar la frontera”, in Espacio de arte OTR (Madrid) and in the Segunda Gran Bienal Tropical of Porto Rico. Lives and works in Santo Domingo.
Gabriella Garcia (1992) is a self-taught artist whose practice transits between sculptures, painting and installations. Her work deals with the relationships that uncover the game played by opposing pairs: solid and ethereal, volume and two-dimensional, condensed and volatile. Gabriella's works circulate between galleries, fairs, festivals and music album covers. She participated of Brazilian group shows such as “Together”, at 55SP Gallery (São Paulo), in 2016, "The Immense Lazyness" at Sancovsky Gallery (São Paulo) in 2018, and international shows such as “You know you can buy it”, at B32 ArtSpace (Maastricht, Holland), in 2015, “Collagism: a survey of contemporary collage”, at Strathroy Caradoc Museum (Ontario, Canada), in 2016 and “Like me as you do”, at Scandinavian Collage Museum (Rennebu, Norway). In 2016 Gabriella held the solo show “Chaos Balance”, at Recorte Gallery (São Paulo). Recently participated in the residency at Pivô Arte e Pesquisa institution and also presented her first solo show "#FFFFFF" in Berlin at Aesthetik 01 Gallery curated by Kristina Nagel. Gokula Stoffel investigates the possible unfoldings of the pictorial through objects and in the space. In 2017 she held her first solo show “Madona Ansiosa” at Galpão Fortes D’Aloia and Gabriel, and the collectives shows “Um tufo de pelos preso fortemente a um cabo”, curated by Bruno Mendonça at the Epicentro Jardins and “A terceira mão”, curated by Erika Verzutti at Galeria Fortes D’Aloia e Gabriel.
The exploration of material as a form of expression in the work of Lucas Simões is not, as may appear at first sight, a fetish for materiality, but rather a research that aims to fill the support of the artistic object with meaning. His training as an architect, where technique and poetics are profoundly interlinked, gives one of the possible keys for understanding his production.
Painting, cartography, books, photography, concrete, steel, paper… have already been objects of his investigation. Through daily experimentation with materials and know-how, the artist finds the necessary means of expression, as in his more recent sculptures and installations in concrete, which reflect his research into brutalist architecture and the failure of its utopian sense.
Pedro Victor Brandão (Rio de Janeiro, RJ, 1985) works with photography, painting, moving image and social experimentation. He confronts the artistic traditions in assessments of the present and future of capitalism. His research combines different fields of knowledge, such as economics, the right to the city, cybernetics and the current manipulable nature of the technical image. Victor Brandão studied photography at Estácio de Sá University in Rio de Janeiro and attended free courses at Escola de Artes Visuais Parque Lage and the Summer University at Capacete. He held the solo shows “Pintura antifurto”, in Casa França-Brasil (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), “Tela Preparada”, in Sé gallery (São Paulo, Brazil), and “Forjada e Outras Formas” in Portas Vilaseca Gallery (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), among others. He has participated in group shows such as “Vivemos na melhor cidade da América do Sul”, in Iberê Camargo Foundation (Porto Alegre, Brazil), “Take Me, I’m Yours”, in Villa Medici (Rome, Italy), and “O Rio é uma Serpente”, in SESC (Sorocaba, Brazil).

Romain graduated at Sciences Po (France) and attended EAV Parque Lage, where he participated in the program PAC II, under supervision of Lisette Lagnado, in 2015. Romain works with chance, transience, natural elements and internal or external interference. In 2017, he held the solo show "The Animal That I Am”, at the Zipper Gallery (São Paulo), and participated in the collective shows "MA", at the Luciana Caravello Gallery (Rio de Janeiro), "Les Secrets du Docteur F.”, at Under-construction Gallery (Paris), "We live in the best city in South America", at the Iberê Camargo Foundation (Porto Alegre), among others. Lives and works in Rio de Janeiro.
Yuli Yamagata has a fine arts degree from the University of São Paulo. She already held individual shows, like“ Tropical Extravaganza: Paola e Paulina”, at Sesc Niterói, “Honra ao mérito”, at Forum UFRJ, “X-Caça ao tesouro”, at Pinacoteca de São Bernardo, and group shows like “Disfarce”, at Oficina Cultural Oswald de Andrade, and “Arranjos” and “Arranjos II”, at SAO Espaço de Arte. In 2016 Yuli participated of the Program of Exhibitions at Centro Cultural São Paulo and the project of Simultaneous Individual Exhibitions at Ribeirão Preto Art Museum (MARP).
